ONE-OFF
I love working with people to realise their jewellery ideas and to produce finished pieces that meet, or exceed, expectations.
The pieces I make use precious materials, which include 18ct gold, platinum, diamonds and other gemstones. I make all my designs in my well-equipped workshop in Sussex and long-standing relationships with other industry professionals, for sourcing gemstones, hand-engraving and stone setting, ensure that jewellery made by me is completed to the highest standards.
I prefer to meet you face-to-face to discuss your requirements for a piece of jewellery. Our discussion takes place whilst I draw (with a pencil) and adjust the drawing as we talk. I feel strongly that prospective clients should enjoy this process and not feel pressured and therefore I provide this initial consultation for free.
One-off pieces are usually quoted when the designing process is completed, though it is often possible to give some idea of how much a piece may cost before the consultation starts. Only when you are confident for me to go ahead, and accept my quotation, do I start to make your jewellery. If you are considering a one-off piece I encourage you to look through the photos on this site. When we talk it is often just as important for me to hear what you do not like as it is important for me to hear what you do like.
Much of my work comes through personal recommendation, so I hope this website is informative for those of you who would like to know more about what I do.
